Shipping & Delivery
1. A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible.
2. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item has been shipped.

Shipping carriers we use:
For free/standard shipping, we use your local postal service such as USPS.
For express shipping, we use parcel shippers like UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location.
Note:
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
1) The delivery time does not include the processing time required (which is usually 1-2 working days)
2) If you have requested a made-to-order item that is not in stock, please allow five or more working days within the processing time.
Made-to-Order Items
Our Made-to-Order items are custom made jewelry and it will ship after the item is made.
Please allow 5-7 business days for production time after your order is placed for a made-to-order item. The estimated arrival date is calculated based on the production time of your item.
You will receive an email confirmation once your item ships.
* For Made-to-Order items, choosing expedited shipping will not affect the time that it takes to create your jewelry. It will take up to 5-7 business days to make the jewelry before shipping it. Then it will ship via expedited shipping.

Holiday Shipping Cut-off Dates
Please note that shipping carriers are experiencing unavoidable shipping delays at the end of the year. So please refer to the cut-off dates below to make sure you receive your packages before the holidays.

Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.

United States:
Taxes to be charged in relation to your shipping destination address.
International:
Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that we do not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.
